By accessing and using TweetSaver: HD Clean Video, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
TweetSaver: HD Clean Video is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Download videos and images from X (formerly Twitter)
- Save clean, watermark-free HD video content to their device's photo library
- Access download history
- Use premium features with a subscription
Important: TweetSaver: HD Clean Video is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. (formerly Twitter, Inc.) or any of its subsidiaries.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Legal Use
You agree to use TweetSaver only for lawful purposes. You must:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
- Only download content you have permission to download
- Not use the app for commercial purposes without proper authorization
3.2 Content Ownership
You acknowledge that:
- All content from X (formerly Twitter) belongs to its respective creators
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions before downloading content
- Downloaded content should be for personal use only
- You must not redistribute downloaded content without permission
4. Premium Subscription
4.1 Subscription Plans
TweetSaver offers the following premium options:
- Lifetime: One-time payment for permanent access
- Annual: Yearly subscription with auto-renewal
- Monthly: Monthly subscription with auto-renewal
4.2 Premium Features
Premium subscribers enjoy:
- Ad-free experience
- HD quality downloads
- Clean videos without watermarks
- Direct save to photo library
4.3 Payment and Billing
- All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
4.4 Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have access to process refunds.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the app to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use automated systems to access the app
- Download content for commercial redistribution
- Violate X's (formerly Twitter's) Terms of Service
- Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our servers
6. Intellectual Property
TweetSaver: HD Clean Video and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TweetSaver: HD Clean Video is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Availability and uninterrupted service
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Compatibility with all devices
- Error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or content
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your device
- Any issues related to third-party content or services
9. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the app at any time
- Update features and functionality
- Change subscription pricing with notice
- Terminate accounts that violate these terms

- Changes to X's API or platform
- Availability of content on X
- X's terms of service or policies
