TKSaver is a mobile application that allows users to:

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use TKSaver only for lawful purposes. You must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Only download content you have permission to download
• Not use the app for commercial purposes without proper authorization

3.2 Content Ownership

You acknowledge that:

• All TikTok content belongs to its respective creators
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions before downloading content
• Downloaded content should be for personal use only
• You must not redistribute downloaded content without permission

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Plans

TKSaver offers the following premium options:

• Lifetime: One-time payment for permanent access
• Annual: Yearly subscription with auto-renewal
• Monthly: Monthly subscription with auto-renewal

4.2 Premium Features

Premium subscribers enjoy:

• Ad-free experience
• HD quality downloads
• No watermarks
• Direct save to photo library

4.3 Payment and Billing

• All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

4.4 Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have access to process refunds.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the app to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Download content for commercial redistribution
• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our servers

6. Intellectual Property

TKSaver and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TKSaver is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Availability and uninterrupted service
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Compatibility with all devices
• Error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your device

• TikTok's terms of service or policies
